    The owner of this establishment does not practice fair billing and has violated the No Surprises Act. All invoices were sent by email and ended up in my spam folder. In addition, the first email was not sent until weeks after the first appointment. I was only made aware by phone of the outstanding balance the day of an appointment that was then canceled due to the balance.

    They canceled three appointments with me within a two-month period. I suspect it is the owner's son who cannot find the motivation to report to work. I also lost my counselor after two sessions (2 back-to-back weeks). The counselor I was seeing was new, so they must have been hired and dismissed within one month. Family and business don't always mix.

    While, I loved my therapist ultimately the company and its manager ****** ********** caused as much harm as help because of their billing practices. The person in billing, did not start invoicing me until around 6 months into my mental health journey. While trying to get a full understanding of what I owed, I asked for all of my invoices. I was sent 40 invoices. Ms. ********** clearly did not know how billing works because one of the invoices was for $15.21 and she did not know that it was that amount because I had met my deductible so the next four invoices should have been at $0. Ms. ********** told me verbally that I owe their company $3000 when I only had invoices that added up to $1300. They reported me to collections, and they put on my credit report that I owe $5,024. Their manager Ms. ********** at one point, I guess all black people look alike (****** **********) asked me to leave because she thought I was someone else.This company has cost me emotionally, mentally, and financially. I do not recommend anyone going to them EVER!!!
