  My truck needed to be towed here and it sat there for 2 days.  I noticed the front wheel was broken and also the back wheel. They denied that anything happened.  This could have been a lot worse.  I could have driven it and the back wheels could have came off simply because of their error in not tightening the bolts securely.  My front wheel was damaged as well and needs to be fixed immediately.

  To whom it may concern, on Friday September 29th 2023 at around 10:07 pm we were contacted by the Illinois State Police for a tow of a vehicle with suspended registration to go to our 24 hour video monitored gated facility for storage, as the driver of the truck was not the owner and the plates suspended. Upon arriving on scene ********* was trying to instigate a conflict towards our tow driver about towing this vehicle.  The Illinois State Police assisted in helping our driver secure this unit for tow due to the situation at hand. The next day ********* called in to our office and spoke to **** about his vehicle and was very disrespectful, cursed and hung up the phone, at that time, **** returned the phone call and advised only the registered owner can call and talk or retain the vehicle that was towed by the Illinois state Police. After release of the vehicle we towed this unit out on a wheel lift truck, meaning the rear wheels were suspended in the air and the fronts were rolling on the road. The next day ********* called in stating we loosened and or took his lug nuts, I advised that was not the case and asked if he had any repairs done to this vehicle recently, and he stated Rent One had just installed new tires on it within the last week. I advised him to contact Rent One to talk about his lug nut issue, as I and my employees all have a family and we travel these roads daily, we would not loosen or steal his lug nuts off of a 2002 ford truck for no reason.

  I was selling my 2011 Ford Mustang **** *******. He took in the car and never returned. On the 28th of February we found out Si Towing & Recovery Services had the vehicle. We called that day and a man said that it was $400.00 to get it out. We needed to get a truck and trailer to get it. We told the man we would be there the next day to get it. And when we called the next day to go get the vehicle the man was rude showed no respect whatsoever. And told us he did not have time to deal with it. So we waited a day and contacted ******* ******* **. who is my father-in-law who has a rollback and was going to get it again the man was very rude, disrespectful to my father-in-law and also told him he did not have time to mess with the vehicle. The next thing we received a letter stating the car had been sold in the auction. This all takes place within matter of a week. This company has no integrity, no respect, no caring, and definitely no engagement or compassion for their clients.

  I received a letter stating that ***** ******* was upset with us over a Mustang that was towed in by the Illinois State Police on January 28th of this year. I am not sure where the disconnect lies in this story, but I have attached the information about this vehicle in our impound lot. As stated, we towed it in on the 28th of January which was a saturday, ******* Monday morning requested the registered/owner information from the Secretary of state which we received on January 31st, at that time, she prepared our Illinois State Law Notice of Public Sale letter and mailed it out certified with return mailing card that same day. We are required by law to send this letter out within 48 business hours of receiving the vehicle. The letter shows it was delivered to the owners new address on the 16th of February,  I did speak with a Gentleman that week after it was towed in and advised him of the fees associated with it, we tried making a deal of lowering the fees so the owner could retain this vehicle, we cannot help this vehicle was in a accident nor some had taken the vehicle and never returned it, at that point the owner should have filed it as stolen but did not.

  And July 8, 2022 SI towing was called to recover my vehicle to be impounded in ****** Illinois at that time they responded picked up the vehicle on the following Thursday return to retrieve property at the time I noticed my bumper had been completely ripped off and they might go to the promise of trying to fix it however where is the part now where they’re not willing to pay for it and then that will need to check further me to their insurance corporation they told her refuse to give me their insurance information however is not good business like so I would like to file this complaint with your insurance company and right now I’m able unable to do so poor customer service

  Good morning. I would like to write about ***** ******* claim about us damaging her vehicle. If you can see by the damage and lack of repairs on her vehicle from previous accident, how can you fault my company for her bumper coming off? If you see on the right front, it has a spare donut tire on it and no fender well liner. This is a crucial part of securing the bumper on these vehicles. I hold ***** I would send it to a local body shop or re attach it if she believes my company pulled her bumper off, and she stated she was taking it to her mechanic. I have talked to the owner of the vehicle which is her son and he said it was ok, that there was previous damage that had not been repaired. ***** then sent me a estimate of $3880.57 to repair a bumper? I told her I am not paying for it as I have talked with her son already. My driver's and team use the most modern technology when it comes to towing, my crew is highly skilled and experienced to prevent these acts.

  I never agreed to not having the bumper replaced from the company my only expectation from the company was to just get an estimate and get the repairs done I did not feel comfortable leaving my car in a different city in southern Illinois and not being able to check on the status of the vehicle being repaired however after discussing this with the owner of the company they had a very sarcastic remark and refused to give me their insurance company in order to Complete this easy task and I did not ever offer a mechanic I simply went to body shop in order to get an estimate on the cost to repair the bumper I would just like to resolve this problem as quick and as easy as possible I need a bumper put back on my vechical.  Regardless to how my vehicle appearance is exactly made it from my hometown of ********** to ****** Illinois with no problem I was actually charged for my car being destroyed by this time company it was driven there it was not able to be driven back and had to be towed back thank you
