    My basement has been retaining water and they wrote me up an estimate of $9,995.00 and I paid this off. My basement is still leaking water and they did not do half of what I paid for. Now they are giving me the run around and are blowing me off when I try to call them to talk with them. I would like for them to come fix my basement or to give me my money back so I can get someone else to fix it.

    I answered her call. We went back to her house and looked at the problem. We told her we would have to come back because we couldn't see where the water was coming from, and believed it was coming from the wall. We told her we would set a date and time for someone to come back out with a dehumidifier. We took the dehumidifier to her house. We made arrangements  to go to her house but she canceled the appointment. We want to help her and have already done more that what we initially agreed to do.

    I am rejecting this response because: he had not completed everything that we had initially agreed to I have proof of that as well as just looking at my basement you can tell that what was written up in the estimate and what was actually done in my basement do not add up. I feel like I've been overcharged based on the way the estimate was written up and the work that was done in the basement I paid for extra work that wasn't done I'm not happy with that. I'm just overall not happy with the way this company handled and continues to handle the situation.  The amount of work they've completed and the amount of money I had to pay is no longer accurate given in my estimate he they did that they would complete work in my crawl space as well as put a sump pump in there and no work at all was done in my crawl space . And I paid for two sump pumps when I called he was trying to charge me more money for a second sump pump they didn't charge the walls they didn't paint the floor they didn't do anything in the basement my estimate stated they would do per ********************* owner of restoration connection. His guys did come and put a dehumidifier in the basement and as far as setting up an appointment he called and canceled on me and keeps pushing me back week after week. I would really like to resolve this issue in a timely manner and I either want all the work in my assignment done call Faith included or I want a partial refund

    I am writing this letter regarding unsatisfactory service I received from **** ******, a mold specialist. I paid $200 for his mold detection service that I did not receive. Payment was made by check, number **** on August 16, 2021. I contacted **** ******, by telephone, on 08-30-21 at 2:50 pm and 09-30-21 at 2:45 pm regarding the follow-up of his initial visit. He stated "I have been working on a big job and have not had time to follow-up!" In addition to the two telephone calls to **** ******, I wrote him a letter dated 04-11-22 requesting a full refund of $200 for unsatisfactory service, see attached letter. Failure to receive an appropriate response to this problem has prompted me to write directly to you for his actions of fraud!

    I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this my complaint! I would like to receive a full refund from **** ****** for $200 for services not rendered. I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding my problem! Please feel free to contact me if you have questions or need additional information.

    I sent them mold detection results ages ago.  Maybe even a year ago.  I still have the information if they need a copy.
