    I called before purchasing a Grouon. They agreed to the terms of the Groupon, confirmed a time. I sat at my unit the day of the appointment. (time frame *****) At **** the day of the appoinment I was called and informed that they would not honor the terms of the Groupon. I had a real estate showing the next day and was not able to get carpets cleaned. They could have very simply offered to honor the groupon price and I could have gotten a refund from Groupon instead of completely skipping my appointment and leaving me high and dry. I called to complain. Manager never called me back.
