    I hired a contractor to do my rehab and I guess the contractor rented Redbox. I explained to them 100x I never done business with them they dumped all the trash on my lawn. Very unprofessional and I stated I never reach out to them or done business with them.

    ********* it is true you hired a contractor named ****** who ordered a dumpster from our company. You and ****** had a falling out and you decided to hire a new contractor named *****. Instead of contacting us and requesting we pick up the dumpster, you and your new contractor ***** proceeded to fill the dumpster to the top. The dumpster was filled with construction debris from your rehab project on a single-family home. We contacted all parties for payment to dispose of the material placed in the dumpster. Yourself, ******, and ***** refused to pay for the garbage placed within the dumpster. You could have easily contacted us and requested we pick the dumpster up when it was empty, yet you did not do this. You then made a poor decision to allow your new contractor to fill the dumpster to the top. You followed that up with another poor decision to tell us you did not rent a dumpster from us but admitted to throwing your garbage in the dumpster. Without payment from you or your hired contractors, you forced us to give you your material back. We do NOT do this to our customers who pay their bills.
