I hired them to fix crawlspace and put installation in my attic. I paid with cash and made this a long unsuccessful transaction. On 11/15, they came out to blow in insulation my attic and spray the rim joist in my crawlspace. They finished in 3 hours. That sounds great. I did nit receive my invoice until a month later. After they completed the job, they were paid with cash and to come to found the next day, they missed some spots. I informed of coldness in my main bedroom and in the second bedroom. After coming out 4 different times, my house is still cold and my furance is working overtime to keep me warm.I went to there building 3 different times, on different days and it was deadbolt and this was during *************** hours. That is very strange. I reached out to the owner via text and by phone he did return my call or my text. I call him the last on 12/11/24, he said he would be at the building in hour. I asked was the receptionist at the building. He said yes, I can see her through the camera. I drove up there to give the owner the timeline of events and to ask for another person to come out or refund me $300 to $500, due house is still cold and thing we're missed. Also, to advise him that I have a recording of what was said about what the worker was going to do and never happened. When I arrived the receptionist was outside opening boxes in the cold with her car running. That is very strange. I did not receive a response back. I would say never pay with cash, because once they are paid, the treat you different. If you pay with credit you more control due to you have control.

A little background on this complaint . We were contracted to add r60 cellulose to the client's attic
Spray the mold that was already rampant in the client's attic because of the humidity he was creating in his home due to the high temps in his crawl space that was lacking a sufficient moisture barrier.
Foam the rim joist around the crawl space and a foot down the wall on the east side of the home.

We performed all tasks and the client was super happy even tipping the crew, he then texted me 2 days later saying the house felt great.

He reached out a couple weeks later saying his walls were cold and i showed him on the thermal gun he had no insulation in his walls but i said i would look into it mi went out no less the 6 times and even left him my thermal gun he knew he had no insulation in his walls but is still foamed the entire crawl wall under his bedroom for free.
at that time it was 78 degrees in his crawl and the humidity was 80% we told him he needed to sure up his moisture barrier as discussed , he the mtore out the insulation in his crawl ceiling and moisture barrier he said he miss understood us so i told him i would reinsulate the ceiling at cost he took measurements i have all these conversations in texts.
he then keeps saying it was our fault and his heater never stops and his mold is back that is not true he has 16 in of cellulose in his attic and if he does not control the humidity in his home nothing is going to stop the moisture.
I have done everything to help him out by going to his home 6 times speaking to him dozens of times and hundreds of texts. I am still trying but he does not understand .
Please give me a call so we can help ****** and his home. **********

    Thank you.
