    They sent a tech out who could not resolve the issue with my semi so the semi needed to be towed 14 miles to the dealer, prior to them dispatching a wrecker I was quoted a price of $150 per hr at 3 hrs. Once we got to the dealer i was sent a invoice via email for $835. Charges were $195 hr x 3 vice the stated $150, a air charge of $150 which was never stated nor discussed and a fuel surcharge of $100 which was also never stated nor discussed. This **** had to be paid to receive my semi, and with these practices being used they know you have absolutely no choice but to pay it or they would hold your equipment/tow it back to their facility, its your typical bait and switch.
