****** now goes by ****** ******* with Next Level Construction.Nathans negligence has resulted in damages to our home in the amount of $1925.00 He installed new vinyl flooring in the hallway bathroom between Feb. 2, 2025 - Feb. 10, 2025. He did not replace the old toilet wax seal with a new one when he reinstalled the toilet on top of the new flooring. This created a gap which caused water to leak from the toilet under the new flooring and into our finished basement drywall ceiling. The leak was undetectable in the bathroom. We noticed the leak March 16, 2025 due to the ceiling in the basement being wet.We had to hire a new contractor to pull up the flooring he installed and remove mold that built up due to the leak. They also had to cut out drywall in the ceiling in the basement due to mold growth and water damage. We have photo evidence of before (home inspection) which proves there was no leak prior to his work and after (photos and video). He will not respond to texts requesting his insurance number or reimbursement.

I never touched her toilet i literally cut the floor around it and caulked around it.  ***** claims that she had an inspection before she bought the house and before I did any work. If that was the case there wouldn't have been a leaking vanity in the same bathroom which I have text from ***** claiming her sink was pouring all over the floor. If you got an inspection then why wasn't that found when under the sink is totally visible. If the inspection didn't notice a big leak under the bathroom vanity then he surely wouldn't have found a leak under a toilet. Like I said I never touched the toilet. And if there was mold growth on the downstairs ceiling it has been leaking for awhile. If I pulled the toilet I would have put a new wax ring on but I didn't.
