    Brought my car in today to get a regular oil maintenance and a complementary car wash. Returned my car with a full-size crack down the right of my windshield. to their detection it was the weather that had caused it. I believe the weather at the shop varies from the weather outside. Thank you, Honda, for the professionalism and consideration to my concerns. They have denied responsibility of their actions.

    We put a down payment on a vehicle. It was supposed to have gray interior and factory installed blind spot indicator. When we went to pick it up the vehicle had a third party BSI and black interior. Of course, everyone shifts the blame to someone else. Tried to pull the ole ************* on us. Stay away from this dealer!

    We apologized to the customer when the car came in. We made an honest mistake with the interior when we put the customers name on the incoming car. The Blind Spot Detection does not come on 80% of the vehicles, unless it is a special order, it has to be added to the vehicle. Which we did at no charge to the customer. We offered to special order the vehicle correctly, but the customer refused. Honest mistakes happen, and we acknowledged that. The bait and switch comment is not true. That is NOT how we do business!

    My Honda Civic was serviced on November 25, 2022. The service person called to advise me what repairs needed to be completed. I specifically asked what specific repairs had to be completed. The service person said everything mentioned needed to be repaired. When I reviewed the paperwork, after paying for the service, I noticed there were several items I was told had to be repaired. However, the paperwork showed sone of the items were recommended repairs. Also, filters were replaced that were never discussed with me.During difficult economic times, when most of us are trying to pay for essentials. I was blatantly lied to and ended up spending money that I didnt need to spend.I sent an email and left a voice mail message for the service manager requesting a call to discuss my disappointment with being lied to so I would spend money I didnt need to spend. To this date, I have not received a reply to my email or my call.I had been a customer for a very long time. I purchased my last two vehicles from this location and had my vehicles serviced at this location. After being lied to, I will never spend any money at this dealership and will not recommend anyone patronize this dealership!

    Stay away from this dealership! I purchased a very expensive used vehicle from them, and made everything extremely easy and seamless for them. Once they have your money, they could care less about you as a customer. They damaged the wheel on my vehicle sometime between it being detailed and the shipper picking it up, as it was well documented. The wheel was scraped after it was detailed, this is how I received it. They first denied it, and after I sent the detailed inspection from the shipper, they owned up to it. This is a $2800 wheel, I am being reasonable and would be satisfied with a simple repair. I have reached out to the salesman many times, to get the $260 it would cost to fix this, and he said it was approved, and still no check...he will now tell me he is checking, but never get's back to me. Do not deal with ******, he will tell you things that never happen. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. They are very unprofessional if there are any issues. Buyer beware!!

    Due to the unprofessionalism and rudeness of your team (***** and ********) and the continued inconsistencies from color, stock, pricing my son bought a ****** Sentra from the dealer across the street from you who were beyond FANTASTIC I hope that you do not treat all your customers like you treated *********** son.I also think that it was highly inappropriate to ask for pictures of my sons debit card (front & back) and picture of his DL to be sent to both of you on unsecured emails. Sounds like identity theft in the making.I will be writing a less than stellar review on every platform I can.I hope you take this and learn from it & treat the next customer with more respect than you did us.
