    When I purchased my vehicle it was sold as a certified used vehicle because it was a dealer owned vehicle. I was told that I would get the second fob for my car as it was not available at the time of purchase but was a requirement to provide for a certified vehicle. My daughter who referred me was promised a ****** referral fee. Neither of us have received anything after multiple attempts to contact the General Manager **** ******** many times who made the commitmentson the day of the sale March 2025. She is not responsive and in my opinion not an honorable person.

    WARNING: Stay Far Away from World Hyundai MattesonThis was, without a doubt, the worst car-buying experience Ive ever had. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemylet alone to family or friends.From the very beginning, communication was absolutely horrible. I was constantly left in the dark, passed around from one person to anothernone of whom seemed to have any idea what was going on. They made promises they couldnt (and didnt) keep, and when it came time to follow through? Silence.They lied, delayed, and completely wasted my time. Every time it seemed like things were moving forward, theyd change the story or backtrack. It felt like I was dealing with amateurs who had zero respect for my timeor my money.And just when I thought it couldnt get worse, it did.After six months of driving the car (that I eventually got, even though it wasnt the one promised), they took it back. Their excuse? They claimed I had missed paymentswhich was completely false. I was actually ahead on my payments. The real issue was that they messed up the title paperwork, and because of their error, the finance company reversed the deal. Then they tried to shift the blame to me.If youre considering buying a car from World Hyundai MattesonDONT.Go anywhere else. Save yourself the headache, the stress, the frustration, and the lies.

    I came to World Hyundai because I purchased a vehicle there before and I thought i could trust them! I held up my part but I have been disappointed on their part! I brought in $1000 as I was told to bring in before 30 days, I did that and got my credit better to get a better rate as I was told I would receive another Tucson as I had before. That didnt happen, I stayed there yesterday 4/17/25 for 6 hours and I didnt walk out with a car, I was told this morning, 4/18/25, all will be ok and I will receive the car 2016 Chrysler 200 that is really not what I originally was told I would receive! Now its been 5 hrs and not only is my patience running extremely low, my time is not being considered! I want to go home and Im put at risk for driving at night which is not what I like to do, but I have to work tomorrow! This is BEYOND the worst customer service I have been encountered! I spoke to the manager and he said parts had to be ordered! What?? I was told it was being inspected, not fixed!! He told me its like baking a cake, you cant rush it, so I cant rush the service who says that to a customer?? I went fast to get my $1000 back! Crooks!!

    The salesman at World Hyundai, ** *****, was superb! He was patient, considerate and showed dedication until the end. He made sure we were taken care of! It was all about customer satisfaction! I appreciate him and I'll be referring everyone over to him!
