    Smart Concrete Coatings, Mattoon, IL performed work on our garage floor in 2019 and we have a crack. ~29 May 24 - Initially called and spoke with ***** who said she would send it to the guys in the back.3 Jun 24 - Followed up with ***** who requested pictures be sent and stated they are busy. 4 Jun 24 - Pictures sent. 12 Jun 24 - Received a phone call from **** (Smart Coatings Concrete ********) asking about the issue and stated they work Missouri and since I live in Illinois, it would be the Smart Coatings Concrete in IL. **** stated she would follow-up with *****/Illinois team.17 Jun 24 - Followed up with ****/St ***** team and stated I hadn't heard anything from the IL team. **** stated I should have been contacted. **** stated she would follow up with the IL team.24 Jun 24 - IL team unresponsive to phone calls, left a message and followed up with an email.I would like to Smart Coatings Concrete to honor their commitment and fix the work they performed on my garage floor.

    Hello,

    Thank you for trying to make contact with the business.  They did contact me after the fact, however, they could improve their business practices and I would not recommend this business to anyone in the future.
