    I made a purchase on 3/27/25. After not hearing anything, I reached out and the company said said via email that the order should ship 4/9/25. On 4/11/25 I contacted the company again and they said they could not fulfill the order. They promised to refund my money. I had to keep contacting them to finally get a credit card refund, but the amount refunded did not cover the entire cost of the transaction. The company told me on 4/11/25 that they were mailing me a check for the remining $26. After not receiving anything, they said again on 4/29/25 that a check would be sent. It's over a month later and they have sent no money and have stopped responding to emails. This company made dishonest statements several times and is cheating their customers. I expect them to send me the $26 they promised to send.

    I have heard nothing from the business. If they refuse to respond to both me and the BBB, will this at least be recorded as an unresolved complaint on your website? I'd like this to be a public event so at least future consumers can avoid the business to protect themselves. Thank you,

    I placed an order online on 3/25/2025. On the invoice it states "All orders process and ship within 7-10 business days upon receipt of full payment and a valid FFL"I received an email yesterday that my order was being prepared and an email today that it is shipped, however **** doesn't have the package yet..It has been 15 business days since I placed this order.

    Date of the transaction:Order placed on business website Oct. 29, 2024.Order received via ***** delivery on Nov. 4, 2024.Amount paid to business:$194.70.What the business committed to provide:An accessory barrel for ******** 500 including three different choke tubes and a choke tube wrench. The nature of the dispute:The business has not provided 2/3 of the specified choke tubes and the choke tube wrench that are specified to be included with this item. A replacement value for these items nears half the cost of the original order. The business claims a return policy of "all sales are final" but has not provided the agreed upon items in exchange for the agreed upon payment. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem:I have attempted to contact the supplier via their contact form on their website, there has been no response. I attempted to call customer service to resolve the issue and there has been no answer, the phone system directs callers to use the online form. When/where the ad was seen:At the time of purchase the description for the item on the business website read, "It includes an Accu-Choke set (Improved Cylinder, Modified, Full) and choke tube wrench." At the time of this submission, the description still reads the same.*****************************************************************

    Order was placed on 05/12/23 order #8005 for ** ***** ***** ********* FOR $160.75. Part was in stock when ordered. Have called and Emailed with no answer or reply even sent a message on ******** messenger. Would like to receive order or get a refund, just to communicate with someone from the business.
