This guest came in stating the two animals were service animals. We did accept the pets however service animals do not run about and stay specifically with their handlers. Service animals do not bark unless the handler is having a medical issue, nor do they urinate o the floor which the guest cleaned up with the hotel linens. The two animals were barking and disturbing other guests, the housekeeper knocked on the door per my request asking the animals to be quieted as they were disturbing other guests. The guest with the animals cursed at the housekeeper and slammed the door. I then received a call from someone claiming to be her daughter saying I had kicked her mother out in which I did explain I had not but merely asked the animals to be quieted. She informed me that I was ignorant and hung up on me. The guest then came to the desk screaming and hollering that I was rude and had treated her poorly. This was the first contact I had with the guest. She then stated the housekeeper was rude and caused the dogs to bark. The housekeeper had only asked the dogs be quieted as they were disrupting other guests that were resting. She continued to scream and ******. The owner and i were standing at the front desk very close to the guest's room and the housekeeper had not been rude and they slammed the door in her face after cursing at her before she could say anything other than we were getting complaints of the dogs barking and could they please quiet them down. This guest was booked through *********** and I reached out to them after the guest left and made them aware the guest was not allowed to return to the property.  No one in the hotel was rude to the guest or treated them poorly in any way. This guest upon leaving, stood up from her wheelchair leaned way over the counter so to be very close to my face and threatened me that she had PSD and I did not want to make her mad because what she was capable of doing. The guest under no circumstances will be allowed to return to the property.
