These people took advantage of a 75 yr old disabled veteran who has had 3 strokes... He traded a 2024 truck with 8000 miles on it for a 2022 truck with 36000...even trade? After he got the truck home we found paperwork (God bless the previous owner) showing multiple small fixes and a larger $17,000 repair from a wreck..this was not disclosed..he brought the truck home on Thursday night and we called Saturday morning asking to undo the deal and get his truck back..they said no...had the truck less than 2 weeks and it is sitting in the driveway undrivable..off to a different dealer we go for repairs..owing $26,000 on a worthless truck..all we asked was to undo the deal or start from scratch with a better truck .. don't deal with these people. Veterans deserve better...and so does everyone else...

Be very careful dealing at Pilson. We purchased a 2022 *** with 14k miles. We were told that a brake light flasher that was already installed by Pilson was at no additional charge only to find out later that they added $349 in the financing paperwork for the flasher. They pushed very hard to sell extended warranty even though the car we were buying had over 3 years left on the mfg bumper to bumper warranty. They tried to get us to sign an ipad with the extended warranty included but not showing on that page. The finance guy treated us very poorly, very rude AFTER we insisted that we were not interested in the extended warranty. He wrote the loan paperwork for 8.9%. We had to ask numerous times what the interest rate was. When he finally told us 8.9% we said that we can do better at our bank. He then immediately re-wrote the loan at 6.9%. Finance guy did not go thru the loan paperwork line by line with us like other dealerships have done. This would have revealed the extra charge for the brake light flasher. Overall, very poor experience-we feel like we have been ripped off-we are grateful that we caught the high interest rate and the extended warranty that they tried to trick us in to signing after we said that we aren't interested, and angry that we missed the extra charge for the brake light flasher.Be very careful dealing at Pilson-take your time, read all of the paperwork, insist that they go thru it with you line by line. We hope this review will help others to be aware of the dealerships tactics in adding on costs.
