    I contacted this company about installing a security system. They came out and gave me an estimate on the job. We went ahead and decided to do the work and they stated they needed half the money up front. The total on the estimate was $4,299.05. I wrote them a check for half which was $2,114.55. They cashed the check on March 28, 2022 and that was the last I heard from them unless I called them. I did not hear from them for over 2 months so I tried calling several times and was told they would come next week, then next month, but they never showed up. After six months I called and told them I wanted my money back. I called again 3 times and was given the round around. The last time they told me they would call me back when they figured out the status of the refund, but they never called back. Now they will not answer the phone when I call.
