      Love Ideal...I got a car from Mattoon Ideal, turned out it had all kinds of problems, they had the car towed, picked me up and let me pick a different car! They truly went above & beyond!

      Went in for a car even had a trade in but all because my check stub for one of my jobs had old address was not able to get a car so I sat there from 1-5:30 just to not be able to get a car why ask for employee info if your not going to use it could have called to find out if I still worked there but to lazy to do there own job so I would never recommend anybody to go there because that is a waste of time had everything I needed even money down so dont believe it when they say they will work with you but I seen somebody else go in with no check stubs or anything ********** down but was able to get a car kind of backwards to me if you ask no documents but I guess they dont follow policy with everybody they pick and chose
