      Hire this company if you want to get jerked around and ripped off. Spent over $50k for a bathroom remodel. The owner not only doesnt pay his subs, but not has no subs and cant finish work. Ive had to fix almost everything Ultra Lux did because they did it wrong or not at all. New tile shower has gaps everywhere because the tile wall doesnt sit down on the floor..which allows water to run into walls. Brand new body sprayers not even installed right side up, some are sideways, some are upside downand best of all as soon as I turned them on they shot out of the wall..installer stripped out the screws so he couldnt fasten it in. Custom vanities not even level, cheap slides that clearly were what he had laying around..each cabinet has different type of slides..when called him out he sent a guy with new slides..but the boxes arent even cut or installed level..slides are just part of the issue..the vanity was to have a makeup counter like we previously had and multiple drawers..**** just gave us two huge deep pocket box drawers not functional for day to day bathroom storage and usetook 3 months to get the vanity delivered to have these issues and now need to have them remade. The stone counter tops was measured wrong so they added a piece, didnt line up the seam and then used a grinder to blend it in completely ruining the stone. New lights on ceiling dont even sit flush with the ceiling. Complete hack job and **** now wont do as he said in writing which is pay the invoices to the new contractor to sort out his F **** He has a judgement against him for something similar and I spoke with the homeowner..hes a scammer who puts up smoke and mirrors like hes a nationwide company. Its clear he brings in labors who dont speak English and completely takes advantage of them for his profit and then fires them when they complain about not being paidsave yourself the aggravation and hire someone else. **** is disappointing and not a man of his word
