The date of the transaction with the company, Bridge Servpro LLC started July 10, 2023. The total amount paid $5688.50. The business provided the following services: Electrical service repair was done to the Meter Can located at the outside rear of the house. Electrical service repair included replacing 200 Amp Breaker Box. Distribution Panel installed on 2nd floor attic. Replaced wiring from meter can to the breaker box. Replace receptacles, outlets, covers switches, light fixtures and troubleshooting. My dispute is as follows: After the work was completed and payment was made, I discovered that two outlets had not been inspected and were not functioning, despite both having new plugs and covers installed. The electrician tested the equipment and determined it was not functioning. He provided an estimate for the repairs and confirmed he would return to carry out the work, to which I consented. One of the outlets is the only connection for my refrigerator and now I have an extension cord stretched across the house to keep it running because he never returned. This is not safe! I tried calling, texting and emailing him but I never got an answer. The next incident involved the kitchen light flickering. Once again, I called, sent a text and emailed him but he never responded. Now the kitchen light is not working at all. The electrical work comes with a warranty; but it's unclear how the warranty can be utilized if the company is unreachable. I am concerned that more malfunctions will take place. I purchased insurance for my electrical systems to safeguard my home, family and to alleviate some concerns, as the company is unreachable. Having no response whatsoever has caused tremendous worry and stress. I never thought that I would be without a warranty. I was overcharged $275.00. There were two workers @ $135/hour. They worked 4 hours each, (from 10:00 - 2:00) but I was charged 5 hours/worker. Two 15-amp gfcI @ $35 each, I was billed $75 instead of $70.
