    I contracted the company, *********************************************** Repair to reupholster my furniture. We agreed on a price of $1900 to reupholster a 3-piece living room set. They also agreed to repair any damages only if the tear and/or rip originates at the seam. They did the reupholstery, and everything looked very nice. Shortly afterward the material on my sofa and chair started to rip at the seam and this is where the dispute begins. Later on my loveseat ripped at the seam. I called the repair business to let them know of the ripped seam and sent text and pictures as well. eventually he picked up the chair for repair. He said he could repair only one item at a time and that he would pick up the couch and love seat later. He finally repaired and returned the chair, but never came back to pick up the other pieces. I've included pictures to show the chair had to be repaired with a different pattern of material. I've also included photos of the other damaged pieces of furniture and text messages too. I have called and texted him numerous times. Sometimes I was able to contact and talk with him. We have discussed and set times to pick up the other pieces for repair, but he never shows up. This has happened several times and now I'm calling, texting and leaving voice mails but I'm not getting a response. The most recent communication was Saturday August 10, 2024. I texted him, attached a picture and he read the text, but did not respond. I've been aware of this company for years due to its presence in our community. It has always been a small, local business. Its long-standing reputation led me to trust engaging in business with it. However, I am now deeply disappointed and regretful of that decision.
