    Business was to provide a bathroom countertop.**** sent on 3/21/23 to pay half of counter up front and remaining balance after install.Zelle payment sent on 3/22/23.One month went by and still no counter. There was a dispute between the business and my contractor with another job the business did and my money was going to be held. Well they got straighten out and I asked for a refund or the counter to be completed. Spoke to ***** the owner on 5/1/23 via phone. ***** told me the counter was already cut and if I wanted a refund it would only be $400 so I asked to proceed with the counter install and remaining balance would be paid afterwards. ***** gave me the run around and did not show for the planned following Friday was install. Then after I tried to reach out multiple times, ***** replied saying the measurements my contractor were wrong and he would just refund me my money. He said he could not refund it all at once due to just returning from out of town so would provide half ($325) via Zelle and then the remaining half ($325) a few days later. He refunded the first half but then has been giving me the run around for the second half with persisting to reply tomorrow whenever I would text and then eventually just stopped responding to me. I have attached the entire text thread between myself and ***** below. I am just seeking a resolution with the pending refund.
