I tried to schedule a donation pick-up via phone and recording advised I could schedule through their website instead. I went to Home of Sparrow website and scheduled a pickup via link on website labeled "Schedule a Furniture Pick Up Today." I put in the information I would be donating and added my card for $10 "donation fee." This was on Monday 4/24. Today was the pickup date. I put all of my donations in the front yard for easy removal. (took guys like 5 minutes to grab 5 items) Then was told my balance due is $223.00 Now, obviously I'm shocked and at a loss of what to do. So I pulled out my card and paid it. I contacted the *** and was told, oh sorry, we recently partnered with ReSupply, they aren't free. Sorry for the confusion. I feel as though the website is misleading and they should be more clear with "click this link and you will be charged a lot of money...it's not free because we are now partnering with a 3rd party."I would really like my money back as I was expecting the 10 fee that it originally stated...not the 223.
