    Alpilean products are like any others, they work for some and not for others. They offer weight loss products they claim will 100% work for everyone as long as you take them, and there is a 100% Iron Clad 60 day no questions asked guarantee. The problem is you don't get 60 days to try the product. What they don't tell you is, you have 60 days from the date you ordered the product to have it the bottles and unused portion back to the company. That means order the product and it takes 5 days to receive it now you are down to 55 days to try it, but if it doesn't work for you it must be at their facility within 60 days of the order. Now there goes another 5 days that you can't use the product. So you actually get 50 days depending on their shipping and the mail. During their presentation they don't tell you 60 days from the order date, they also suggests it take about 90 days to see best results, but say in the presentation you should starting seeing results immediately. SO BUYERS BEWARE....

    On 12/8/22 I ordered ALPILEAN supplements based on positive reviews and promotion on ********* The lead-in mentioned an ice hack to help support weight loss efforts, (which does not actually exist). They have a 60-day return/refund policy. However, they coerce you into getting six months to a years worth of product in order to give you ample time for the product to work. I immediately saw zero results and didnt feel well after consuming, so in order to get my refund, I contacted Alpilean to return the items and shipped them as instructed on their website. I sent the package via *** through The *** Store on 1/30/23 with an expected delivery of 2/2/23. On 2/6/23, the shipper called me to tell me my package was returned to them as intercepted and not deliverable. Alpilean customer support said I should have used a different shipping method. By the time they responded to me (2/8/23), they also said they would not accept the package for refund because the return window had closed. I believe they refused delivery somehow and caused the delay. They have been nonresponsive in that they just keep sending me generic messages in answer to my emails. I am out $378.73. False advertising, false return policy. SCAM SCAM SCAM

    They refused to refund my money after they boast about a 60 day money back full refund. I sent all 3 bottles back with my information like they instructed me to. They said they didn't receive them and could do nothing without a tracking number..which I lost but later found after I called my bank..then they said they could not refund my money since I called my bank. The bottles were delivered back to their office and signed for by "*****"..as of today Im.still out $168.38. They are horrible people.

    Do not order from them. They scam you and then a month later they charge your account again but the totals do not add up. They say its $169.00 then the tax is $18.85 then charge you $217.80. I dont know what math they are using but it doesnt add up to me. They offer 25% refund if you want to keep the product instead or returning it. Because you have to pay to ship it back. After I already told them it does not work. Why would I keep a product that doesnt work at all.

    Do not order from them they will sell you the 1 order and charge your account for another order. Then when you complain they try to haggle pricing by trying to refund you a small percentage, as so you are not inconvenienced to send the extra order back. False advertisement on their website and found all over ********* The pills are made of OTC supplements you can find in any pharmacy it has ************************, African mango seed, ginger, moringa, citrus extract and seaweed. For the price definitely not work it or the hassle of trying to return it. Shipping it back cost me another $11 and I had to fight them just to get a refund. They will run you around with several different people in hopes you'll cave and be done with them.

    This company is not being honest about their refund policy. Their product is mostly a cheap supplement of turmeric. It isn't as advertised. I tried returning the 15 bottles I purchased for over $500. Unfortunately my tracking number and shipping receipt is lost. I believed the company would stand behind their return policy. I followed their requirements to the tee. The company claims now that they have to have the **** tracking number to follow through with granting a refund. This should not be the case.
