    Limitless Innovations Documentation 0rder # ***** March 23, 2024 ordered item- 15,999mAh ********** March 25- I received an e-mail on March 25th stating that the package had been delivered to the **** in ******* ILL. Every day from then on, the tracking message has been and still is that the item is waiting for acceptance from **** in *******, **. April 1 Called to see why my package was not moving through the delivery process. She told me that bad weather in the area was slowing things down. (According to the tracking info it hasn't even left town so that seemed kind of odd). She stated that if the order status didnt change in a few days, she would send out the order again if they had any in stock. April 4 called again to see if I could get the replacement sent or get a refund. The guy said that it had been given to **** so they couldnt cancel the order and give a refund. Basically he said that I just had to wait for it to arrive as there is nothing they can do since it was shipped out.April 5, 2024 Called again and talked to **** (a manager) and she stated the same thing the other representatives had told me. When I asked about having the a replacement shipped out she stated that she wanted to continue tracking it for a few more days to see if it would start moving.Each time I asked for a replacement to be shipped out, the individuals I have talked to promise that they can send out a replacement, but that the don't want to right now. All I am asking for is that the company take the right steps to fulfill their end of the sale.

    I ordered two products on 10/17 when this company advertised on GMA Deals and Steals. They were shipped via ***** on 10/18. They arrived at the **********, ** ***** facility on 10/19, and are now lost. I never received them. The company said they would refund my PayPal account on 10/27 and 10/30. I've seen no refund. Received no products. And they won't respond to my inquiries. The ***** website tracking info says it's been referred to the ***** and has had the same message for days. The **** is unaware of the package's location.

    The customer had been in touch with our customer support team about a missing package and asked for our help in locating the order or proceeding with a return.  We made the necessary notes in the system and then informed ******** that ***** had not been able to stop the shipment due to it being in transit, so we agreed to wait until the next day or so to verify the status of the missing shipment.  On 10/31/2023, we processed the refund to ******** and did so via ******* ******** had still not received the shipment, and ***** still indicated the package was in transit.
    On 11/2/2023, our company noted that the shipment had arrived to *******, a follow up to ******* was made on if she would be returning the items to the company, as she had already received a full refund for the purchase, ******** indicated that she would not be sending the shipment back and would be donating it.
    Although the shipment was delayed ******** did receive a full refund on 10/31/2023 per her request.
