    We had a paver patio installed. They have a 5 year warranty on their work. In about year 3, we tried to contact them for some repair work as we had some settling of a few pavers. They said they would come out but they never did. Made numerous calls and emails to follow up, but nothing just crickets. This was over a span of 1 and a half years we tried to contact them. Had to pay someone else to do the work.
