    **************************************** was hired to eliminate a mouse problem in my home. I choose to use them because the services included Fill all visible gaps and holes. They cam to my house inspected the interior and exterior, set-up bait stations and returned three times to monitor the bait stations. When they completed the third follow-up the service technician left without saying anything to us. Shortly after the third visit we discovered mouse activity was still occurring. When I receive a bill from them I responded that the service was unsatisfactory because we still had mouse activity. I did not hear back from **************************************** I continued to receive bills and responded two more times that the service was unacceptable.I also contacted another exterminator service and their inspection found 20 exterior access area that needed filling, some of them had been filled but with inferior material the mice ate through easily. The service I am currently using has filled the gaps and set baits inside and outside and resolved the problem and will continue to monitor for future activity. Although I have complained to Any Illinois Wildlife Removal and Relocation they have not responded to be. Their only contact with me has been to send the same invoice multiple times. Now they are threatening to send the bill to Collections. I do no believe I should pay for work that did not complete what was stated, specifically when they have never responded to my concerns.
