Twice in the month of July, the first time on the 14th and the second time on the 17th (I think that second date is correct) I placed online orders with this business, but the company's website would not allow me to make a purchase with the cost of shipping included. The emails I sent requested an invoice be sent to me for the purchase price of the fish plus shipping. I got no response to either request. Accordingly, I called the business on July 22nd (give or take a day on either side) and asked about my order. The female call taker told me that my order would need to be researched and I would be called back. That didn't happen either. What kind of business treats even potential customers like this? This writer fully understands that as a private company, this business can choose to do business with whomever it pleases (or not do business). Good business practice seems to dictate that if a business makes a decision to not have a business relationship with a customer that it would notify that customer of their decision so that I, as the customer, am under no illusion that I will be able to place an order in the future. If the company refuses to do business with me, I'd wish they just say so rather than hiding behind a refusal to answer the order and hope the customer "gets the message".
