    I placed an online order with Fashion Nova (September 2023) to have my items delivered on September 30, 2023 to my work location. Unfortunately, the gate was locked so the delivery driver GLS (******) was unable to deliver. I contacted GLS (*********************************************************) to have the package stay @ the warehouse and I will pick it up. Upon going to the warehouse that Monday October 2, 2023 @ 6:15PM I spoke with another Manager and informed if you locate package you can also have it delivered to my house. Well GLS delivery driver ****** never returned my package back to the facility. I continuously called GLS & even sent chats just for the company to say We will send a message to ****** (Operations Manager) to call me. No ******* mean no one at GLS has called me and or sent Fashion Nova an email informing that their delivery driver stole my package. I spoke with ******** (GLS Chat Representative) who said they will inform the warehouse to reach out to Fashion Nova so I can start my claim. It has now been 21 days and I still have not received no call, no refund, absolutely nothing.

    I have attached a complaint that we received through the mail.  The complaint is saying that GLS shipping has not delivered something.  We are not and never have been GLS shipping.  We were GLS Corp 15 years ago but were bought out by Polyone which now is *********** as you can see in my email signature.  We make pellets that are used by molders.  We have no link to shipping other companies wares.
