      For my daughters 2nd birthday party I ordered a bounce house + obstacle course combo. When I placed the order I ordered that + installation. Prior to completion of the phone call we discussed pricing & services rendered & reconfirmed. The company was supposed to come on that Saturday (August 5th) & the agreed upon time was between 8 or ****. At 11:45 the company FINALLY showed up with the unit, but was not going to set it up- despite us having had covered that several time AND DISCUSSING THE SEPERATE COST for that service. after several ********************* calls they finally agreed to set it up for the aforementioned agreed upon $75. About 12:30ish they finally got the unit set up & left. When the first child went inside to play in the bounce house he came out alerting us that there was a hole in it which was letting a lot of air out & preventing it from fully inflating & staying inflated. Make no mistake, the photos below may make this hole seem small, but the amount of air coming out was substantial. I reached out SEVERAL times to the company to work towards a resolution, but have had no luck as the owner/boss is always busy or not in Ive used Eds many times in the past AND have sold them parts for their mechanics for YEARS, most of which from both the ***************************** location know me and yet I still cant seem to get resolution on this. Its disappointing that its come to this, but I see no other way. At this point Im requesting a refund & an apology.
