To whom it may concern:I am writing re concerns of deceptive business practice/unresolved refund issues specifically I purchased a wine package featured on ******* and submitted in accordance to the instruction the shipment fee of the aforementioned directly to ************************** website however I was advised by the delivery company after inquiring about the status of the status of the delivery that the package was delivered on 8/28/24. Additionally, contact with the merchant ************************** revealed the package was returned to the merchant after 1 attempt to deliver attributed to the representatives account that the merchandise was damaged which is contrary to the merchants policy (information referenced on their website and in an email received from company representative that 3 attempts would be made to deliver the merchandise) regardless of the product status. Moreover, my attempts to obtain a refund of the cost associated with the purchase has been unsuccessful specifically the representative from ************************** stated inability to refund the shipment fee even though the delivery was not completed in accordance to their policy specifically all attempts exhausted to deliver the merchandise as a result I am requesting resolution in the form of a refund in its entirety attributed to unscrupulous business practice/misrepresentation of material facts.

Order # ****** $129.95 I ordered a 20 bottle case of all red wine and they sent me a case of half white half red. I do not drink white wine so I immediately contacted them and let them know what happened they told me the only resolve was to repackage it and ***** would pick it up then they would re-issue the 10 bottles of red. I told them that I did not keep the packaging. **** (who I believe is one of the owners) said, you really dont think you have to ship back something you got in error and didnt pay for. (I paid for in full on my Discover card March 14 at 1:22 PM.) We need our wine back so we can ship you the correct wine but you threw out the packaging knowing it was an error. He then said, Are you s******* with us? How rude of an owner to treat a customer who has been buying wine from them for literally years, thousands of dollars! We went back-and-forth and back-and-forth and after his final comment last night about s******* with us, I have not heard back from him again. So now Im stuck with 10 bottles of white wine that I paid $65 for I kept our stream of emails, but Im not sure how to attach.
