    On March 8, 2024 I had a problem with a partial outage of ****************. My sister called to find an electrician to fix the problem. She was at my house trying to help me. Two persons from Crystal Electric Service came out. We were charged 85 dollars for a diagnosis. This took about 5 minutes. They charged $ 600 for less than 2 hours of work and no parts were needed. This was a cost of 300 dollars per hours. My sister called the office every day once to twice per day to discuss the high price but he would never phone back. His name is **************. The contact phone number of my sister was left repeatedly for him to call but he never did call. In addition, the check had to be made out to the service technician directly and not by company name of the Crystal Electric Company. My sister called the office to check this at the time and the secretary said it should be done this way.A customer should be able to talk to the company as a consumer. As a senior citizen, I believe it was price gauging. ******** I was overcharged for the time spent and the type of work thatwas done.. I also believe that writing a check to an individual and not to the company itself is a possible shady business practice.This complaint is filed by assistance of my sister ***************************** who was present during this whole event.
