    I contracted with A and S Fence Company to have a fence installed making an enclosed yard for my rescue dog who is a flight risk. As the crew was working, my nephew asked if I would allow them to install a removable fence which would enable him to move big items out of the basement. The A & S worker explained it would be just like the fence but would have 2 side poles clamped to the fence poles, unscrew the bolts and it could be lifted up. My nephew knew days before about my fence but at the last minute asked about a removable fence, unfortunately, I agreed that if he paid for it I would allow a 54 removable fence section on my fence on my property. This was agreed upon by both parties. But instead a 54 gate was installed. My nephew has 4 and sometimes 5 dogs in the yard. Why would I want a gate allowing them access to my yard? I asked A and S to remove the gate which was made and installed without my knowledge and install the agreed upon removable fence. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get this issued resolved but all I get are false promises.

    Hi, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will gladly remove the gate and have the issue fixed. After we finished the fence we were paid in full by both parties. We assumed everything was ok but we will gladly fix this for her. Thanks.

    I am rejecting this response because: 
    I received a response from you regarding my complaint about the fence I had installed by A & S fence Co.
    in Melrose Pk. As I read your email I thought I only had 7 days to respond to it. I read the companys
    response that they would fix it. So I accepted their response and you replied the case was closed.
    But I have never heard from the company and it will be 2 weeks tomorrow since I got your email.
    Saying they would fix it and actually doing it are two different things.
    Could you please re-open my case? I want to reject their response.

    I just called about the complaint #******** because I still never heard from A and S Fence Company.
    I was supposed to have the change done the week of March 9th. I never heard from them and so on March 19th
    I send the enclosed email to you saying that I did not want the case closed. Then I never heard back from you also.
    So can you let me know you received this email and let me know what action I could take.
