    Room was dirty looks uncleaned towels inadequate ex. only one face tow. Poor water pressure. **** said had only suites available but untrue. Dated very old and worn furniture. Stole my Identification when went back next day they were closed and out of business.

    This was my worst hotel or motel experience, the room looked nothing like the Priceline displays, my room had bugs flying and crawling, checked in let so went to buy bug spray to get thru the night, next morning, told desk guy how bad my room was and ask could I be switched to another room, he said they was totally booked so no, then I contact Priceline a few times to complain or be switched to different room or hotel because I suppose to stay one more night, neither one of them was helpful, I had to cut my trip early, checked out that night, I couldnt stay there no more, I called Fairbridge Inn that Monday told by check out guy that night, the same guy who told me they was booked answered, know Im paying $200 for this bull ****, hoping some changes happen with customer service and stop this kind of fraud with Priceline showing pictures of great looking hotel and their not, they need to do better with verification of hotels and hotels rooms they promote for, not a happy customer at all
