BUYER BEWARE! They cut our neighbors wooded lot and use their large commercial 360 zero turn mowers. Their mower hit a piece of wood from a fallen branch and had anyone or our dog been outside on our side of the fence when this happened, someone could of been seriously injured or dead. As of today's posting they still not not returned any of our phone calls regarding the damage.5/11/23 - This am around 9 while our next door neighbor's lawn was being mowed, we heard a loud sound and our dog barked. I went outside and saw a 1" wide ragged hole that flapped inward in the fence about a foot off the ground in a panel of our six-foot privacy fence on the side of the yard where the neighbor's lawn was being mowed. I went out and hailed the guy mowing. I showed him the hole in the fence and he said curtly, "Well, it's your word against mine." He finally gave me a card after first telling me to get the number myself from the side of his truck. 5/12/23 - logged a second call with New Vision landscaping. I also sent them a second picture showing a piece of wood embedded in our house in direct line with the hole in the fence. Spoke to their dispatcher ********* who confirmed that she'd forwarded our pictures of the fence and our home's damaged siding to the owner and that he would be getting back to **.5/15/23 - followed up with the same person at New Vision who said that she would call at the end of the day with a status update. We did not receive a call.5/16/23 - spoke to our next door neighbor. I showed her the fence and the siding and relayed our efforts to contact the landscaper. She agreed to call them 5/19/23 - spoke to our neighbor today to find out how her 5/17 phone call to New Visions Landscaping had gone. She relayed that they'd acknowledged they were aware of the incident with our fence and siding and that someone would be contacting ** by the end of the day.No call came called from my work number and was told someone would call today. No call.
