    On 8-14-22 a bag was purchased from Amazon.com made by Fox Outdoor Products. As attached below, Fox provides a 1 year warranty on products for defect. (exclusions apply, however none of the exclusions apply to my product). Within 90 days, the bag is falling apart in several areas with stitching and netting coming apart. As seen in the attached photos, there is no damage, only defect in the stitching. Several emails to the business have so far gone unanswered even after following their exact instructions on the email to send requests to and attaching documentation. _______Below is pasted from Fox website regarding warranty coverage>>>>Fox Outdoor Products guarantees most* (See Exclusions below) of its products for a period of 1 year from the original purchase date. At our discretion, we will repair or replace any item deemed to be defective. The warranty does not cover: damage caused by normal wear & tear; improper usage; damage by weather or natural climate conditions; and, the natural breakdown of the material or color. Credits or refunds will only be made within the 30 day period from the original date of purchase.The repairs or replacement of any product is at the sole discretion of Fox Outdoor Products and will not be accepted without authorization. Any and all claims require proper documentation, i.e. original dated receipt. If the item is defective, please email images of the defect and the inside Fox sewn-in label for our review.
