    On 12-11-2024, while at CSL Plasma on ********************************************, the manager **** had took my social security card and drivers license to check the computer to see if I would qualify as being a new donor because my last donation date was June 9, 2024. She found that I do quietly for the new donors pay, and had me to go through the new donors screening process. The first **** that I seen, had took my driver's license and social security card to access my account. She then turned the computer screen away from me and was typing a lots of information in, and I felt that she was doing something wrong. When the screening process was over after being examined by the nurse, I was then allowed to donate plasma. When the plasma donation was completed, I was then told that I was getting the regular donors pay and not the new donors pay. I then went back to the front desk and spoke to the **** manager who first checked the computer to see if I was qualified for the new donors pay, and she said that my last donation was July 9 2024 and that I would have had to wait until January 9, 2025 to be considered as a new donor which would have been the 6 months time frame for new donors. I had checked my last donation date on December 10, 2024, prior to that visit, and the only thing that could have happened that morning of December 11, 2024, is that someone had to have changed my last donation date from June 9, 2024, to July 9, 2024, and I think that it was done by the **** who said that she was from the Joliet Illinois CSL Plasma location. My question is, why would they take me through a 2 hours new donors screening process, if my last donation date was July ******. Upon information and belief, I had overheard donors saying that the employees were paying donors less than their regular donors pay, and putting that money on another donors pay card, and then splitting the money. This happened at Octapharma Plasma on 4760 S Kedzie, and this might be the case here.

    My complaint concerns CSL Plasma employees changing the dates on my last donation from June 9, 2024 to July 9, 2024.

    But as of today December 27, 2024, I logged in to my CSL Plasma account, and had noticed that someone has changed my donation date again, and I have included a copy of the screenshots for the record.
