    I have been donating plasma for the past 4 months at CSL. I donate twice a week continuously. I was given the eligibility to come to donate today November 29th, 2022. I went on the app and answered the questions that are mandatory before each donation. I came in and checked in to find out I had to see medical. The medical staff had told me that there is a problem with the results of the blood proteins that CSL sends to their labs and that the results have not came in yet possibly due to the holiday weekend. Therefore, i cant donate until those results come in. I had asked if I can be compensated for the daily pay since it clearly isn't my fault and it's nothing i had done wrong. Due to having to drive 30 mins out of my way to donate, and being given the okay to donate today on their app i came in expecting to donate like i have for the past several months mow. I had asked to speak to the manager on shift named **** and was told by him no such compensation can be made and that he has no authority to put in the compensation. since im basically stranded at this location without any gas and left without money to feed my young kids. So i had left and immediately contacted the corporate office main phone number ,which the issue was then submitted to the complaint ***** and I was told they would be in touch. This location has poor training for the staff here that take the clients vitals and therefore, have done improper vital checks and have been improperly using the blood pressure monitors and blood testing samples. Next to these issues at hand. The debit card that has been given to me charges all kinds of crazy fees for every transaction made. This CSL plasma location has to be looked into and investigated finally.

    I was told by the app that csl plasma uses to come in today and donate. So I got up got out and came to the center to donate with the promise of 55$ compensation for my time. Now when I got there I was able to do my health screening questions and it said I passed and was good to go to the next step. So now at the next step they told me I need to see medical and when I went to see medical they told me I had been deferred for 14 days, 2 days ago. If I was deferred for 14 days then why did they text me and tell me to come in? And the app told me my deferral was over with on the 29th. So now I have drove out here to make my 55$ compensation and I spent almost 60mins in there waiting and then was turned away without anything they had em come in with the promise of compensation and text me and told me to come in and now I am turned away with nothing. I have included the app telling me I can come in today for 55$ and the health screening questions completion qr code that says I was good to go to the next step. I wasted time and gas to help this company out because I was told by them to do this and would now like to receive my compensation for my time and gas. I also have other complaints about the way they pay you and the card you get they do not follow the card holder agreement and charge fees not disclosed on the paper I signed when I got the card
