    I worked a total of 75 hrs and 30 mins between dates August 4-August 25th for Legion Security Consultants **** This would have been 3 paychecks. I was instructed to share my direct deposit information with this company on August 13th to receive pay. They entered my cash app direct deposit information themselves and I was told on august 16th that my first paycheck of $774 was submitted to payroll and I should receive it within 3-5 business days however, I never received my first check. I then went into ADP and decided to ad my account information myself in case there were ******** checked with my bank and they have no record of a successful, returned or pending deposit. In total I should have received 3 paychecks. The first never received however, they have it listed as a pay statement in ADP portal. The second pay check for 20 hrs I never received which should be a total of $360 and theres no statement in ADP portal. The 3rd paycheck for lesser value however is in ADP portal of $90. This is my most recent and last, Im unsure if I will receive this.Ive tried to speak with them to receive money owed for time worked and they are refusing to give me any paycheck because they say on their end that the first deposit was successful. And no explanation in regards to the 2nd paycheck.I will attach supporting documents

    Attached is the response on the above complaint.  Attached are ADP pay stubs for any monies that were due to ****************** before he quit. He tried to commit fraud after being paid, he deleted his direct deposit info on ADP. and attempted to have me pay him again.   I reinstated his direct deposit back to the original information.
