  This company towed my car when it was parked in a parking space with no signs. I been parking there for almost 10 years and now they want to tow my car and say its not a parking space. Why dont they put any signs saying its not. They are a bunch crooks who dont care about people vehicles, all they care about is money. They rob people of their money. Worse business ever I hope they get shut down.

  Had my Truck towed while being in a parking spot in a Truck Stop while going to the bathroom and getting a cup of coffee. They said the truck was abandoned for a hour. Charged me 700plus tax to get it released.

  I have never ever seen a more rude, crude, heartless, ruthless, corrupt, hooligans, running around doing whatever they want with no authority to oversee operations

  They illegally towed my car that was parked in an alley. Not on the property where I do pay a fee to park at monthly. They dont have the authority to tow cars parked in the alley. I will be filing a complaint with the ****************************

  These people are running a scam they towing car and removing permit tag for profit my permit was Displayed properly around my rear view mirror when I picked my car up it was on the passenger side floor these people need to be stopped I'm sure this is definitely illegal

  Probably the most scam towing business in the area. Towed my car from my own parking. Not only that, they cracked my front bumper. Upon inspection before leaving lot i made them aware. Was told to email claims. Which I immediately did and didnt leave until i had taken all the pictures. Emailed them. 5 days later nothing emailed in response. So i call business. She asked me my name and said she would let them know. About an hour later i get an email. Your claim is denied lol. The damage was there before towing. Keep in mind, i bought the car brand new. 24 hours before them towing it. I found it funny when the email said. We have time stamp video of it being cracked. When i respinded i said time stamp means nothing when ur guy could just put it back down. Take a picture after damaging it then taking it again. Bunch of scammers. It is pathetic how they operate. Not only that. Bunch of cowards. Hiding in their window being all scary n slurring their words when u confront them. Incompetent men and women.

  Car was illegally towed from my apt complex, in the correct spot, displaying sticker in the window. When we called ***** they were extremely rude, said it was towed for no sticker and refused to even let us show them the sticker before payment. This is the 2nd this has happened with this company. The first time they refused to take my money and claimed there was spit in it during the middle of covid Numerous missing things from both cars each time. Weirdly enough my other car was hit in the street around the same time yesterday If you are a landlord looking for a tow company, do not use *****. ******* these reviews, there should be a class action lawsuit coming their way soon. CHECK YOUR CARS AFTER THESE PEOPLE ILLEGALLY STEAL IT!!!

  Shady company, very suspicious practices. All you need to do is read the other reviews for proof that these vultures basically hang out at the parking lot next to Target and the useless **** store off *************** in ******** **, waiting to just randomly ruin someone's day. I say this, because I exited my car and within 10 minutes, it was gone. First of all, as the other reviews mentioned, they need to move their signage so that it's visible.... but even if that were the case, they'd still be ruining people's day for no other reason than to profit off their misery. I'm pretty positive what they do is illegal. HOW DO THEY KNOW I WASN'T HEADING TO THE TARGET? I don't even think they care if you're violating the parking lot rules or not. They just need to bleed someone out today, and it's going to be you or me. Now tell me if in any way that's a decent line of work/business. Imagine your career being centered around hurting people, seemingly illegally. Because frankly, that's what these schmucks do. They think they hold all the cards, just because they hide behind a big fancy gate, and are enabled to s**** innocent people over, because they suffer little to no consequences for their actions.
