    On 2/11/2025 I **** ***** got loaded at InterlakeMecalux in ******** . I was told by the guy loading my truck that I was unable to personally tarp my truck as its company policy that they do their own tarping.While the worker was loading my truck I asked if he could make modifications for safety reasons and etc. The worker wasnt to proficient with speaking English and proceeded with what he was doing. As a result of not making the necessary modifications my tarps were damaged. I asked to speak with someone and was over looked. I have reached out to Interkake Mecalux several times via phone call and email where a representative by the name of ****** has been contacting me but has yet to provide a resolution stating that she will get back to me with a resolution every so many days. I had to spen over $900 on new tarps and buckles as a result of this companys negligence. Im simply asking to have my funds refunded back to me in a timely manner. Ms ****** did say she would seek retrieval of video footage and still has yet provided me with her findings. I have been very patient with this matter and I feel as if this company is overlooking my complaint and enough time has passed to come forward with a resolution. I again asked to personally tarp my load and was instructed that I couldnt ,therefore damages incurred as a result are fully placed on Interlake Mecalux.
