    I have a contract for 3 years and the invoice amount should be ***** and suddenly the invoice is ***** and is looks like 27% increase. I was told if any increase will be no more than 5%.ON 2/11/2025 they called me and was on phone with them more than an hour and the representative put me on hold to check with the manger and stayed on hold for 20 minutes and the line disconnect and then I called back 2 time and twice stayed over 20 minutes and line disconnected.The weird thing is they call you then put you on hold and the line disconnect.

    I switched trash service to my new address on 6/18/2023 and received my new bill that totals to ****** for one month of service in July including a **** prorated charge for ***** Before I moved, my bill averaged around 40 dollars give it take a couple of dollars. My account number associated with this bill is **************. Invoice number is 0162849-4072-9
