    Would Not Recommend Maintenance is a joke I submitted a request for a broken washer, and it took weeks to get fixed. ******, the landlord, was rude, dismissive, and nearly impossible to get a hold of.The place was already in rough shape when I moved in, and by the end of my lease, they used shady tactics to keep all of my security deposit with zero justification.This whole experience was stressful and honestly felt like a scam. I wouldnt rent here again completely untrustworthy slumlords.

    Company will overcharge, late fees for late fees, customer service is terrible, secretary rude. Two different apartments were rented by this company. The first one needed a new roof. The water would leak into my daughters room when it rained. First time, rained all over my daughters tv. They said they were gonna Send someone to fiix never did.. ended up asking for different place that was more safe for my kids. Second place, had reacurrent sewer back *** in basement, the stool backed up into bath tub. Sat like that for a week before sending someone to fix. Then next sewer backup in basement never got taken care of, small lingered through furnace ***tairs, and then the whole house. Also, mold smell coming through furnace and visble mold in basement and ***tairs master bedroom closet. Kids and eye havr asthma and were having respiratory issues from the mold in air. Problem not taken csre of. Water would come in through the window and would puddle when rained. Never fixed. Electrical problems as well, ****** came out of diningroom outlet when kids walked by- Called city inspector. After owner found out i called the city was called a deadbeat by ****. Place did not pass inspection and was shut down.
