    Emporium mufflers has practice misleading and unethical service in repairing my car. I brought my car in for Repairs on March of 2023, my Catalytic Converter was stolen. I was quoted a price of ******.i pick up my car the next day. Then in June 2023, the engine light came on again, i have a device in my car that sends trouble codes to my phone, it was the same code. I took it back to them. they told me they put the wrong one on, and that would cost me another ******.i was under a one year warranty. then the light came on again with the same trouble code. at that point i was told i needed a tune up and that would cost me ******.

    To Whom it may concern.************************************ was in fact at our shop several times for a catalytic converter. the first time it was stolen so we provided a replacement. The second time we had a manufacturer problem on the converter so we recommended replacing original parts and he just would need to pay the difference in cost. The 3rd time he was here, the car came in with all kinds of misfires that damaged the catalytic converter. We recommended a full tune up and he declined the service he had claimed the dealer had done the tune up but when he provided proof it was almost 3 year time of service. Therefore the warranty was void for customer negligence. The part was replaced 3 times. Lucky for us we have all the conversation in writing and also have pictures of the spark plugs that we suggest to replace so therefore if the vehicle is not service there will be NO WARRANTY. sincerely: Emporium Mufflers and Brakes management
