    Location: ******** *************, ** I previously visit this location several times a year with my girlfriend. Last year October my vehicle was damage by an housekeeper employee. The employee bumped my car with one of the carts they use to clean the rooms and put a dent in my new $90,000 dollar car. I called and talked to the manager (*****) several times and disregarded. The incident happen right in front of one of the business cameras. ***** persistently informed me that he would call back to resolve issue but never did. I talked to ***** more then 4 times with each time a promise of a call back after further investigation. ***** stop responding to my calls and never returned my call not once. I am now left with the cost of repair which was a act of carelessness of their staff. Highly unprofessional and unsafe.

    I have been a member of prestige club for a number of years and have stayed on the property numerous times. A few months ago my partner and I experienced some intense itching which followed by patches of small bumps. I notified the front desk and was told that it was not bed bugs but could be skin irritation from the laundry detergent. After a while we booked again and had the same issue. This time after speaking with management my membership was threatened and I was treated rudely. The manager told me that if I complained he would void my membership and I wouldnt be allowed on the property again. At this point I tried booking again recently and was told that Im no longer a member due to these complaints. I was told by the manager that hes not a doctor and cant help me and hung ** in my face. And to validate my point of bed bugs, I saw the orkin truck there twice since this incident occurred. I would definitely like to file a report against the manager and property for how I was treated and denied access due to filing a private complaint about a bed bug issue.
