I went into Tasca **** to buy a car because I was pre-approved by ***********. January 13, 2025 I agreed to a new 2014 **** Escape with under 2000 miles. The retail cost of the vehicle was $34,820. The Sales Tax Transaction cost of the vehicle was $37, 153 The Itemized cash price reads $39,689. The total cost with my trade of a 2018 Nissan Rogue ****** miles was $44,365. I called the Manager on January 14, 2025 at 9 am and asked I'd it was too late to trade for a different car not even 24 hours after leaving the car lot, because the car was stalling and not accelerate after stopping. The Manager told me that he wouldn't allow that to happen. On January 15, w025 the engine light came on, I called the salesperson that sold me the car. He (****) said to bring the car in. So, I did bring the car in on January 15, 2025. The spark plugs were replaced. I recieved the car back 3 days later.. The car has electrical problems. The air bag light comes on and goes off. The economy saver feature is shot and doesn't work half of the time. My issue is that the business closed down sometimes between January 16, 2025 and January 20, 2025. I was not aware that they were going out of business. I was not told or spoken too, nor recieved any communications from anyone at Tasca **** of there permanent closing. They kew that they were closing down. The Tasca **** Dealership also falsified paperwork and tax forms. ( pages attached)They knew the car that they sold me was lemon. Yet, with Malice and Bad intentions they sold me a car. Once I saw that the car wasn't any good I called to try and simply get a different vehicle. I would like to get the car that I paid for not a lemon but a new ********* paid to business:$55,000 Desired settlement:Refund

Transaction date 02/05/24 Simple procedure. Needed to have my (what I thought) axles fixed. But was then proceeded to being told it wasn't that I was a job that I have worked on less than 6 months ago. Then they tried to upcharge me on the other services being provided. So I went from needing axles to being to my sway bar bushings and links were damaged and needed to be replaced(mind you this was done less than 6 months ago) but was told I needed shocks that they wanted to charge me over $1700 for (Insane price when midas doesn't even charge this for a one day job) So here it is Thursday (2/8/24) still waiting on my vehicle, that's a **** explorer, that's being repaired at a ************************ I feel as though they held my vehicle longer than necessary to explain the charges I have and also the amount for the parts. Because how can my parts take 3 days to come in as if I'm in a foreign car, and also how can I be charged 3x more than the competition is charging .My biggest fear is they didn't do what was required just to charge me for something else that didn't need to be fixed while also charging me an astronomical fee for a job that isn't the correct price.
