    We have been using Skillz Construction for 10-15 years. Skillz has performed electrical, installed three floors, plumbing, dry wall, ceiling plank twice, two concrete pours and erected a 16' x 14' deck. The city inspector commented that the deck is the best well made deck he ever inspected. I have worked in and been around home construction most of my life. This contractor is by far the best drywall install and finisher I have ever witnessed. He is meticulous and strives for perfection. There are no short cuts and "that's good enough." He does work alone except uses a crew at times for bigger jobs. Currently, he has me scheduled for four jobs, this year, and two more I found recently. Besides home repair, Skillz is also contracted with commercial businesses. If you receive a bid on a Thursday or Friday, don't expect the job to start at 7: AM on Monday. Many people are learning of his expertise and skill and therefore his schedule stays full. Skillz construction and home repair is first class. The price is fair. I highly recommend Skillz and I use no other.
