    On 12/22/2024 I purchased 4 songs from FyrFly / Songfreedom on *************************************************************** songs were 25$/song, it should have amounted in the dollar amount of $100.00. There was a glitch on the website stating invalid token and appearing as if the songs had not been purchased. I awoke in the morning to a total of 24 songs purchased as duplicates resulting in $600. I did not purchase 24 duplicate songs. I did not agree to pay for $500 of extra music. Fyrfly had a glitch in their website causing me to be charged hundreds of dollars. I have reached out to the business 4 times with hopes of resolution, with zero response. The business has not attempted to resolve or refund my money. The 20 duplicate songs were never downloaded or utilized. I would like the $500 overcharge refunded immediately.

    FyrFly has billed duplicate charges on our credit card for the same song downloads. Some have been charged as many as 10 times at $25 per charge. We realized this has been happening for months and is in excess of $1000. We emailed the company to try to get a resolution, and the next day, our download history on our FyrFly account, which shows proof of all the fraudulent duplicate charges, was erased from our account. We have still not received an email response from the company. We have used their customer service chat and have still not received a response using that feature. This company is clearly committing fraud and is taking steps to delete the evidence. We have an associate who is having the same experience and cannot get a response from the company so this is not an isolated issue.

    I am the owner of a wedding photography and videography company. We use FyrFly to license ******************** for our wedding videos. We pay an annual fee and a per song fee for premium songs. Our clients choose their songs based on what is available to license. Within the last 3 weeks we have not been able to download a certain list of premium songs. We get an error that doesn't give us any option of resolution. We have tried emailing the email listed as their support multiple times and we never receive a response. I did some extra searching and found the found number of the CEO and I called and left a message and have not received a response. We are left in a difficult position because we can't license the songs we need to edit our videos. We would really like to talk to someone at the company who can resolve this. It's crazy to me that we can't get a response from anyone and we spend thousands of dollars each year licensing songs through their site.

    We use Fyrfly for licenses for our wedding videography company. Many of the premium song options that are listed on Fyrfly's site that we used to be able to purchase and download are not working now. This is causing a lot of issues when we have songs that show as an option but then can't be downloaded. We have been trying to get ahold of someone at Fyrfly for over a month. We've tried email, chat and even calling the number listed here on BBB, no response. How can a company refuse to provide any customer service to their customers??
