Customer statement "REFUSES" is not accurate. In fact, warranty instructions were sent to the customer so he could move forward with the warranty. He had battery on the shelf for over a year before install. Could not verify model of charger being used. This is important because ***ION batteries require a special charger. Some chargers even have recovery mode that can help awaken a BMS inside the LI_ION battery. Basic information for a mechanic to know if they are installing ***ION batteries. Without charger details we were willing to move forward with warranty. Email send to customer below with warranty instructions. Customer called threatening negative feedback. So here we here. No testing ticket showing proof of defective battery, no warranty. It is that simple. Thank you for the reply.Charger information is important. But if you do not have we can move forward with other information for warranty. Please just keep in mind to only use a ***ION/ LIFEPO4 battery charger on the our Banshee ***ION battery. The warranty starts from the original purchase date.Must have proof of purchase to be verified. The battery will be replaced free of charge, within the free replacement period from date of original purchase. Refunds are not offered past the 30 day return period. If the item was purchased outside thirty days, the item is covered.under the ___1-3___yr free replacement warranty depending on brand.Shotgun- 1YR, PowerStar- 2YR, PowerStar-HD-3YR,Banshee brand AGM is 3YRfree replacement, 4th YR prorated by 50%.Banshee LIFEPO4, 2yt free replacement warranty. BatteryJack,Inc. will have no obligation under this warranty in the event the battery is damaged or destroyed as a result of any of the following events: improper installation; damage or destruction by abusive overcharging; collision; theft; improper maintenance or mishandling of the battery; natural forces such as wind, lightning, hail, etc.; any willful or negligent act (0 Volts); penetration, or opening of the battery case in any manner. We have two options for receiving a warranty. The first option is to simply mail the item back to the address below.with a copy of your order. If the item was purchased outside 30 days, buyer is responsible for return shipping and we reship at no additional cost.BatteryJack,Inc 772 Twin **************** IL 60447 Second option, simply take the battery to an auto part or battery store and have the battery tested. Please make sure you are given a hard copy testing ticket/receipt as proof of testing. Written testing tickets will not be accepted as proof of testing. The testing ticket needs to display measured voltage and CCA.Please email us the testing ticket/receipt along with your order information. The engraved date code is located on top of the battery. Please include the engraved or stamped date code in your email as well.Once the testing ticker and order information is received, we will review and reply. At that time there is no need to send the item back, unless instructed otherwise. An example of a valid testing ticket is attached.A battery at zero volts will not be warrantied. 1st year- warranty less than 80% capacity 2nd year- warranty less than 70% capacity 3rd year- Warranty less than 60% capacity.Any questions please let us know.Thank you.BatteryJack ************************

My Optima battery gradually grew weaker and weaker so it now cant start the car after sitting over night without being on a battery tender. My car dealer checked out the car and determined the battery needs replacement. Still under the 3 year warranty, I contacted BatteryJack.com and they had me ship the battery to them. My shipping cost was $62. Three weeks later they told me the battery works fine. Yes, it can start the car but only if I keep the battery on a charger. They returned this useless battery to me. I have now bought an Interstate battery with no problems.

Batteries are consumable. They do not last forever. ****** has warranty guidelines. BatteryJack,Inc DOES NOT MAKE THE OPTIMA LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY. WE ARE NOT OPTIMA. We are resellers for the product. We follow the ****** limited warranty policy. Battery tested so well, even after years of use that the battery was sent back. It was not testing bad as customer stated. ************************** tested it three time. Two ****** master distributors tested as good. BatteryJack,Inc even toke battery to Auto Zone for testing in anticipation of customer telling us tested wrong. Auto Zone tested good. Customer was very harassing, and threatening so communication was caught off with him. Our email correspondence can be sent along with the battery on a tester showing the battery is good before we sent it back. Customer was informed ********************** was coming back so it should not have been a surprise to him.

They sold me a battery for my ****** ******** touring bike in Feb. 2024, the battery has since apparently ruptured a cell on April of 2024. The warranty contact **** said that in his unprofessional opinion, my ****** overcharged the battery causing the damage. Beware of Bigtime Battery. They do not honor their warranty.
