    I took my 2015 Cadillac Escalade in for a full detail on February 2, 2023. I was originally quoted $300 by the owner and was told it would be $350 when I dropped the vehicle off with an employee. I agreed to pay the $350. I received a call that my vehicle was ready to pick up four hours later. I was unavailable to pick the car up when it was done and came an hour later as I was on a business conference call. I told the employee he could leave my key in the vehicle as he was in a hurry to leave at 2pm sharp. Hours posted on the website stated the business closed at 5pm not 2pm. As soon as I pulled up in an Uber I noticed problems. My vehicle was smeared on the body as if the wax was not properly rubbed in, water spots on the vehicle as it was not completely dried off. All of my glass throughout the vehicle was smeared. My inside armrest storage still had debris inside as it was never touch. The lining of my ceiling was never cleaned as debris was still there, my sun visors still had dirt and debris all over. My truck area still had white dog hair from my dog. I reached out to the owner and he told me to bring the vehicle back so the same man could clean it again. I told him that I was no longer comfortable with the employee **** and I would like for someone else to clean my vehicle again. The owner told me to come Saturday and he had one hour only to fix everything. One hour is not nearly enough time to redo my entire vehicle. I told the owner that one hour was not enough time and I felt like this would be another rush job. I then asked for a partial refund and I was given the run around about a check being mailed to me. I have yet to receive the check, I reached out to the owner and he told me he hasnt had the time to write the check and that he is in *******. He then blocked me on social media. I would like a full refund at this point. Asked for a receipt the day of and owner has yet to send a receipt. I paid through Zelle so thats the only receipt I have.
