    This business automatically charges you $2 without telling you when you buy four of their product. "Bundtlets" at this store cost $5.50 each. When you buy four, with food tax it should equal a total of $22.40 in ******, **. Instead, this business charged you $24 under a "miscellaneous retail" charge, so with retail tax in ******, IL the total is $25.80 and they put the "Bundtlets" in a cooler bag (that was not requested). You pay an additional $3.40 while the cashier tells you that you are getting the cooler bag for free. This happens every time you buy more than four of their product. They are deceiving their customers.

    Thank you very much for submitting this feedback to us.  The information provided by the customer is false & incorrect.  Individuals are welcomed to purchase 4 "Bundtlets" at any time and we have thousands of guests who do that throughout the year.  Our cooler bag promotion is entirely different.  A guest purchases a cooler bag for $24.00 and we provide the guest with 4 "Bundtlets" of their choice at the time of purchase of a cooler bag.  This promotion includes a very nice cooler bag that a guests can come back into the bakery with and receive a 10% discount.  We ask our guests if they are interested in our cooler bag promotion because that comes with a Nothing Bundt Cakes cooler bag and 4 Bundtlet Cakes.  We then further explain that the guest may return to the bakery with the cooler bag and receive a 10% discount on their Bundtlet purchases going forward.  The standard purchase of 4 bundtlets does not come with a Nothing Bundt Cakes cooler bag & a guest does not receive a 10% discount on their future purchases because they don't have a cooler bag.  In addition, we also offer other special deals for our guests with a cooler bag throughout the year.  For example, we have "Cooler Bag Day" each year on our bakery anniversary week where a guests receives a free "Bundtlet" cake with the purchase of 3 cakes.  Guests that don't have a cooler bag, do not receive this promotion.
