    Emailed company 5/25/2023:May 22, 2023, I scheduled a 5 room carpet cleaning for May 23, 2023, at 1:45pm with Oxifresh customer call center. On May 23, *** called me at 1:44pm to inform me that he'll arrive at my home within 30 minutes. When he arrived he was shocked to see that the furniture was moved out the living room/bedrooms. He then informed me that he pretreat the carpet first, clean it, then treat it again. I sat outside so he can provide service without any interruptions. Upon his completion I wasn't satisfied of the cleaning but decided to wait to see how it looks when completely dry and vacuumed. Payment time I was appalled that he asked to access my WIFI for credit card payment(you're suppose to have a hot spot). Paid him $180($170 for cleaning $10 for coming short notice). $100 in cash $80 credit card. Wasn't provided a receipt for credit card charge. 3 hours later came back in the house, my carpet looks worst now than before the carpet cleaning. Called customer service, they inform they will have the tech (***) come back to right his wrong. *** showed up on at 3:30pm on May 24, 2023 as scheduled. He cleaned the carpet again, but the carpet was not clean. Therefore, when I got off my 12hr shift from work, I rented a Rug Doctor and bought carpet cleaning solution to clean my carpet properly. I'm requesting a refund. This is absurd! I'm out of more money, lack of sleep for my job (5/25) and my house in disarray for 3 days. This is not acceptable. I've watched videos on ******* of your company and pics of before and after cleanings. Was impressed but let down quickly. Please refund my money! I got off from my 12 hour shift, rented a machine to clean my carpet properly. I've attached receipt, pictures of what you advertised and the results I've received from ***. I've contacted the company the times. *** failed to callback yet to rectify this unsatisfied carpet cleaning. Last picture
